If you choose to proceed, I'll send you the details for booking an initial consultation along with a comprehensive questionnaire and food diary to fill out.

This is a 75-minute online consultation where we'll delve into your questionnaire and food diary, confirm your health goals, and develop healthy habits tailored specifically for you. Together, we'll create a detailed personalised program that includes recipes and handouts to support your journey.

In addition to the initial 75-minute consultation, you'll receive two 50-minute follow-up sessions, plus continuous support via email and WhatsApp. Together, we'll not only establish your healthy habits but also track and adjust your progress. By the end of three months, you'll have a personalised set of nutrition and lifestyle habits tailored to you, along with the knowledge to keep building on these healthy foundations.
